The Firm provides ongoing assistance to providers in a myriad of regulatory compliance areas, including:

• Licensure and Certification updates and renewals
• Reporting requirements
• Compliance with standards for the protection, use and disclosure of protected health information under HIPAA and State privacy laws (including drafting policies and procedures)
• Addressing the improper dissemination of protected health information through appropriate notification and internal policy review/revision
• Reviewing and revising provider practices and policies in response to new legal developments
• Inservice education and troubleshooting, as requested.
